An Account Executive is responsible for driving execution and creativity for a specific client(s). The Account Executive must build trust with other disciplines both internally and with clients alike. The main focus for this role is conducting day-to-day operations (tasks and processes) to help client projects run smoothly. Along with running the day-to-day business needs, this person will also provide proactive, value-added ideas, deliver work efficiently and demonstrate professionalism.

Compensation Range: $49,305 - $59,185 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Along with running the day-to-day business needs, this person will also provide proactive, value-added ideas, deliver work efficiently and demonstrate professionalism.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with clients
- Manages projects from start to finish, earning the confidence of and developing a strong working rapport with day-to-day client contacts
- Has knowledge of client and brand initiatives: also has a strong understanding of competitors’ campaigns and positions in the marketplace
- Understands industry and market trends and contributes innovative communications ideas that build the client’s brands
- Assists with leading internal & client review meetings and monitors revisions to creative by disseminating information to internal team, providing regular updates
- Collects, analyzes, organizes and presents an insightful point of view on client assignments, business problems or new opportunities
- Has a general knowledge of agency finances and curiosity on how to build agency scopes of work.
- Learn the basics of Shopper Marketing and the art of Brief Writing
- Craft actionable conference reports, change requests and executional creative briefs
- Learn and facilitate the overall agency process
- Collaborate and support across disciplines
- Understand the creative process and practice giving creative feedback (based on client objectives)
- Ensure creative product achieves client (and agency) objectives
- Share trends and competitive insights regularly
