The Assistant InterCare Division Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the ARCA InterCare Service programs focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. The Assistant Division Director will manage a team of professionals, develop programs, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to promote the mission of the organization.
Duties
- Manage and supervise staff involved in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Oversee program management, ensuring that all services meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for program development and improvement.
- Foster relationship management with clients, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
- Administer budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability and accountability within the division.
- Oversee the Certified Medication Aide Program
- Act on behalf of the InterCare Division Director in her absence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited university is required.
- Strong management skills with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Minimum of five years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities is required.
- A minimum of five years administrative/management experience including supervision and program management is required. Experience with financial management (budgeting) is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated experience and skills in leadership, problem-solving, public relations, and organization.
- Experience working in a non-profit organization is preferred.
