What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Lead Staff (Instructor 3) position at ARCA?
ARCA is looking for knowledgeable, positive focused Instructor 3/Home lead staff. We are looking for people with heart that can care for and teach the people we serve at ARCA. We have several open positions for this job in the Albuquerque area. ARCA has paid training for their employees and can provide all state mandated courses required for this position. This is a great stepping stone into a future management role.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months working with the IDD population. Experience working on the DD waiver is preferred. Experience in a teaching or coaching capacity is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. ABA skills and fluency in working with individuals with Autism a plus!
ARCA has structured the Supported Living Division to provide great support and coaching for their employees! You will have the support and oversight of a Service Coordinator. As an I-3/home lead, you will be the role model/Teacher for a single Supported Living home.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.75 per hour
