What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator (DD Waiver Services) position at ARCA?
The Supported Living Service Coordinator is one of the most trusted, valued and important people in the company. You will be a part of a team that rocks it every day and supports each other by providing mentorship and support in learning ARCA's culture and processes.

You will have an office, but much time will be spent in the field. ARCA pays a generous mileage to commensurate with Federal guidelines.
This person will oversee three homes and have a Floater for support to assist covering shifts. This is an on call position. This person is responsible for the staffing of their three homes, doing shifts if necessary, getting IST trained on each individual, teaching, training, mentoring and supporting the staff and the individuals in the homes. There is also an essential paperwork/compliance side to the job that is critical in order to maintain funding. This complex job requires a person who can thrive on complexities, challenges and frequent changes.
The person hired will need to display compassion for the care of the individuals with IDD and must have a proven track record of accomplishment in the field.
