Assistant Manager for Family Entertainment Center (Arcade)

We're looking for an energetic and responsible Assistant Manager to help lead our Family Entertainment Center (Arcade). Key Responsibilities:

* Support Daily Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all arcade games, attractions, and services run smoothly. * Team Leadership: Help manage, train, and motivate the staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is absent. * Customer Service: Engage with guests, address their questions, and resolve issues to ensure a fun and safe environment for families and groups. * Inventory & Maintenance: Assist with managing inventory, arcade equipment, and coordinating repairs or maintenance as needed to ensure all machines are operational. * Sales & Promotions: Support promotional activities, events, and sales initiatives to increase guest engagement and boost revenue. * Cash Handling: Oversee transactions, daily cash reports, and assist with financial tracking to ensure accurate and secure handling of finances. * Safety & Cleanliness: Help maintain safety standards and cleanliness throughout the facility, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. * Event Assistance: Help coordinate and execute birthday parties, group events, and special promotions to ensure smooth and enjoyable guest experiences. * Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager to implement operational improvements and ensure the team is aligned with the center’s goals.
Qualifications:

*Experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries, with some supervisory or team lead experience. *Previous experience in the arcade, amusement, or family entertainment industry is a plus. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve guest and employee concerns quickly and professionally. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. *Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience. *Basic knowledge of arcade machines and equipment is a plus. *Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
