Crew Member for Family Entertainment Center (Arcade)

Are you energetic, outgoing, and ready to help guests have a fun-filled experience? We're looking for friendly and motivated Crew Members to join our team at our Family Entertainment Center (Arcade). This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting and vibrant environment!

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service: Greet and engage guests with a friendly attitude. Assist them with game selection, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. * Arcade Operations: Assist in operating and maintaining arcade games and attractions. Ensure all games are functioning properly and troubleshoot minor issues when necessary. * Cashier Duties: Handle sales transactions at the counter for game cards, tokens, and snacks. Accurately process payments and provide receipts to customers. * Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the facility is clean and organized at all times. Help maintain a safe environment by enforcing rules and monitoring guest behavior. * Event Support: Assist with setting up and running birthday parties, group events, and other special activities, ensuring guests have a fantastic experience. * Stocking & Inventory: Restock prizes, game cards, and supplies as needed. Keep inventory organized and report any shortages to the manager. * Teamwork: Work closely with fellow crew members to provide outstanding service and a smooth guest experience throughout the arcade.

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required. *A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a smile. *Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests of all ages. *Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change. *Must be reliable and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
