Job Summary:
As the Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable events for our guests. From birthday parties to group gatherings, you will manage all event bookings, coordinate special requests, and serve as the point of contact between the guest, catering, and party hosts. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication skills and a love for creating amazing experiences!
Responsibilities:

* Event Planning & Coordination: Manage and organize all event bookings, ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish. * Client Communication: Handle inquiries and communicate with clients to confirm event details, special requests, and last-minute changes. * Vendor Liaison: Work closely with catering teams and in-house party hosts to ensure seamless event execution and a positive experience for all guests. * Personalized Service: Ensure that each event is tailored to the client’s needs and exceeds their expectations. * Problem Solving: Address any on-the-spot issues or adjustments during events to ensure guests have a seamless experience.
Requirements:

*Previous experience in event planning, customer service, or related field. *Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. *Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. *Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. *Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
