Store Manager for Family Entertainment Center (Arcade Zone USA LLC)

Key Responsibilities:

* Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the arcade, ensuring all activities run smoothly, including arcade games, attractions, and events. * Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of employees (front-line, maintenance, and customer service). Ensure they provide excellent guest service while maintaining a fun and safe environment. * Customer Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest leaves with a positive, memorable experience. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly. * Inventory & Maintenance: Manage game inventory, arcade machines, and equipment. Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. * Sales & Revenue: Track and optimize sales, promotions, and events to maximize revenue. Monitor daily cash flow, deposits, and financial reports. * Safety & Compliance: Ensure the safety of guests and staff by maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards. Implement procedures to reduce risk and promote a safe environment. * Event Coordination: Work with guests to plan and execute birthday parties, group events, and special promotions, ensuring they are organized and fun-filled. * Budget Management: Manage the store budget, control costs, and track performance metrics to meet financial goals. * Marketing & Community Engagement: Assist with local marketing efforts and build relationships within the community to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:

*Proven experience in retail management, hospitality, or entertainment industry. *Previous experience in the arcade, amusement, or family entertainment industry is a plus. *Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. *Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. *Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. *Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. *Customer-first mindset with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience. *Basic understanding of arcade equipment and maintenance is a plus.
