Role Summary:

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and fine-tune machine learning models and systems
- Build machine learning models for various generative AI applications to enhance product capabilities
- Develop AI tools that align with product and business requirements, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large-scale datasets to extract meaningful insights and optimize model performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, contribute to the research environment, and apply new developments to enhance pipeline performance
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong fundamentals in machine learning concepts, with a deep understanding of algorithms and their underlying mechanics ("under the hood").Awareness of the latest advancements, models, and tools in generative AI
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Linux, with hands-on experience using popular machine learning libraries
- Experience in training and fine-tuning AI models and working with large-scale datasets
- Proficiency in data preprocessing and data analysis, ensuring high-quality inputs for model training
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
