Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse Shift Supervisor for our Personal Care & Memory Care Communities for the 11 : 00PM to7 : 00AM shift.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for supervising the caregiver team.
- Ensures that Residents' care plan is carried out effectively and advises DON of needed changes in care.
- Assists in administering medications to Residents within regulatory guidelines.
- Oversees the safe and efficient distribution / administration of medications, injections, nebulizers, moderate wound care per state regulations.
- Identifies ongoing needs and services of Residents through the evaluation / Service Plan process including documentation for Residents with a change in health care status.
- Manages the completion of any assigned evaluations.
- Partners with other department coordinators to identify, review, and discuss potential changes in service / medication levels and updates the Resident’s service plan as indicated by state regulations.
- Maintains communications with the Residents’ family and / or responsible party regarding changes in care or health concerns.
- Ensures that the community follows all federal, state, local laws, and regulations as it pertains to clinical care.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
