If so, we are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our leading-edge food and beverage manufacturing facility.As a Manufacturing Operator, you will support the production process by operating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your role will be essential in maintaining efficient operations, protecting our team, and advancing our production goals.

What You’ll Do

· Operate and monitor production machinery in compliance with safety standards and protocols.· Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards of quality and safety.· Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.· Assist in the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of production equipment.· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.· Document and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
