As the IT Manager at Arcadia Beverage, you will oversee the company's IT operations to ensure the department delivers efficient and effective technical support. This role is crucial for the smooth running of daily operations and for ensuring that our technology remains up-to-date and fully optimized. - ERP Optimization and Training : Train and guide the IT team and relevant staff on ERP best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure the team understands how to effectively utilize ERP systems to improve business processes and efficiency.
- AI Technology Integration : Stay ahead of trends in artificial intelligence and explore how evolving AI technology can be leveraged to improve business operations, drive efficiencies, and enhance decision-making. Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into manufacturing processes, predictive maintenance, quality control, and data analysis.

- Cybersecurity Expertise : Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and policies, incident response planning, and threat management.
- ERP Implementation and Project Management : Experience with ERP implementation, training teams on ERP usage, and developing ERP-related SOPs.
- Microsoft Office Suite : Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Organizational & Analytical Skills : Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in computer science required; master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Must be able to kneel and lift / move up to 50 pounds.
