- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular process reviews, analyses, and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of lean initiatives and other process improvement projects.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics, using data to recommend and implement strategies that drive operational excellence.
- Monitor and stay current on industry best practices, integrating new methods and tools to enhance our processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of a continuous improvement roadmap aligned with our business goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are a plus but not required.
- Experience should include implementation of continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment along with knowledge of LEAN principles, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen Event Facilitation, Root Cause Analysis and SPC.
- BS degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field preferred
- Experience in continuous improvement practices, especially within the food and beverage sector or a manufacturing environment.
- A solid understanding of operational efficiency and process optimization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous improvement objectives are met.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and software.
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly desired but not required.
