- Assist in coordinating and administering employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and PTO.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations and workplace standards.
- Help coordinate and deliver training programs for employees, promoting a culture of awareness and responsibility.
- Monitor and stay current on HR regulations, contributing insights to maintain compliance.
- Track and analyze HR metrics, using data to recommend and implement strategies that enhance workplace performance and employee satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
- Experience in HR practices, especially within the food and beverage sector or a manufacturing environment.
- A solid understanding of labor regulations and workplace standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure HR objectives are met.
- Familiarity with HR management tools and software.
