Summary
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for maintaining food and beverage service on our golf courses. The beverage carts are equipped with two coolers, two snack compartments, one liquor compartment, and a service compartment. These carts make loops on the course offering light food and beverage service to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Stocking & restocking cart items
- Prepping garnishes
- Cleaning cart, cupboards and cabinets
- Taking care of trash, cans and recycling
- Restocking beer cooler, liquor cabinet and beverage cage
- Pulling stock from freezer
- Counting change and banks fast and efficiently
- Follows handbook policies, food safety and alcohol awareness
- Uses FOH standards to provide excellent guest service
- Abides to golf course rules and regulations
Qualifications/Skills:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate computerized POS system, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions
- Team Player, ability to work within a fast paced, team environment
- Prefer a minimum of one year of Alcoholic beverage service
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Availability through the end of the season preferred, typically mid-October
- Must be able to work morning and day shifts
