Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to designated locations. Perfect for retirees or those who enjoy being on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Operate shuttle vehicles following set routes and schedules
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle
- Communicate effectively with passengers to provide necessary information
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Assist passengers with luggage or other items as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Possess an attitude of servant leadership
- Ability and desire to work in a fast paced, customer centric environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently in addition to working well within a team
- Previous experience in customer service with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor with passengers
- Van Shuttle - commercial driving experience, limousine, bus driving, or van driver experience is a plus
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Must be able to be seated for long periods of time
- Ability to lift heavy objects when assisting passengers with luggage
- Ability to frequently reach, bend and stoop
- Exposure to the elements of the outdoors including humidity, rain, heat and cold.
