Arcadia Care is seeking a Crisis Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight across our facilities as needed. This dynamic role is ideal for an experienced and adaptable administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Step in as the interim Administrator at various Arcadia facilities as needed.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide stability and leadership during transitions, vacancies, or crisis situations.
Support and mentor facility leadership teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Manage staff performance, training, and retention efforts to foster a strong team environment.
Ensure financial and operational goals are met, including census growth and budget adherence.
Address and resolve issues related to resident care, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
Represent Arcadia Care professionally in all assigned locations.
Qualifications :
Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification required.
Proven experience managing multiple skilled nursing facilities or serving in a crisis-response capacity.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and lead teams effectively.
Willingness to travel to various facilities as needed.
