We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director with a strong clinical background to oversee both operations and clinical leadership at Hickory Point. This is a unique opportunity to lead with both administrative and clinical expertise, ensuring excellence in resident care, staff management, and facility operations, with a great company!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure seamless workflow
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight as the Wellness Director
• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
• Manage resident assessments and documentation
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing staff, including clinical personnel
• Oversee admissions, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
• Support marketing efforts and build strong community relationships
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism
• Develop and implement staff training programs focused on both operations and clinical care
• Assist with phone management and inquiries
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Pracical Nurse (LPN) license required
• Previous leadership experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting
• Strong operational, clinical, and team-building skills
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, and business operations
• Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
