Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and coordinate recruitment processes
- Conduct new employee onboarding and ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Assist with employee relations and address HR-related questions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support exit and offboarding procedures
- Other duties related to the HR function as required
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
