POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for the maintenance and distribution of athletic uniforms, and equipment for the school athletic programs. Works with athletes and trainers in the proper fitting of equipment. Duties include: oversee student sport managers; monitoring of site and equipment set-up; evaluating equipment for purchase and use; and maintaining inventory and related records. |

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: (positions in this class typically require): High School Diploma or G.E.D., and one year of athletic equipment, coaching, or recreation experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
Obtain Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA) Certification or complete the AEMA certification exam Athletic Equipment Managers Association within 2-years of employment.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: (positions in this class typically require): Licensing Requirements: · Valid Arizona Driver’s License. · Valid vehicle insurance. · Athletic A.E.M.A certification within 2 years of employment · Applicants recommended for hire will receive instructions on how to obtain a fingerprint clearance card as a condition of employment.
