We are a leading home health care provider, Arcadia Home Care & Staffing – an Addus family company, seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Caregivers throughout Michigan.
**Competitive Salary:** $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver with our organization, you will play a vital role in enabling clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Your responsibilities will also involve light housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals/snacks, and running errands. You will keep clients engaged through conversation, games, and other forms of entertainment.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent patient service skills and a caring and compassionate personality. Additionally, we require:
- Experience providing personal care for others
- A valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- The ability to work every other weekend
