Job Description: We are seeking an intentional and experienced Housekeeper to join our team to ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment. This role will work closely with the Executive Director and Operations Manager to ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficient organization, and exceptional reputation of the hotel.
Responsibilities: Housekeeping Duties:
- Completing daily hotel operations, including on-site duties, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Clean, sanitize, restock, and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, common spaces according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed and scheduled by Executive Director
- Monitor and report any damages, losses or deficiencies in guest rooms or common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained, cleaned and stored.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe guest and work environment.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed and respond promptly to any guest request or concern.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
- Ability to maintain physical stamina required to clean, bend, lift, and go up/down stairs.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
