What are the responsibilities and job description for the RCC Resident Care Coordinator position at Arcadia Senior Living?
We are looking for an experienced Resident Care Coordinator for this Health Care Coordinator role.
REQUIRED: Applicants must have experience working in a senior living facility and with medication management for at least 20 residents at a time. This is non-negotiable.
Primary duties for this role include but are not limited to…
- Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising caregivers and med techs in our assisted living community.
- Continuous quality improvement
- Maintaining compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines
- Safety compliance
- On-call every other week to ensure quality care is provided to residents
- Ensure all training is provided and documentation is completed on-time
- Ensure staff are providing services per negotiated service plan
Candidates must be comfortable professionally interacting with residents, staff, family and visitors.
Reports directly to Health Services Director and Executive Director.
This role requires flexibility in work hours to meet the needs of the residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
