Do you love creating content that inspires and connects? We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to help expand Chick-fil-A’s reach and engage the local community in an exciting, meaningful way.
Leverage your personal social media expertise to grow the restaurant’s online presence and engage their audience. This job is designed for someone with previous experience working for Chick-fil-A & experience growing their social media following. Professional experience working with social media is a plus!
What We're Looking For:
✔ 1 year of Chick-fil-A operational experience (required)
✔ Social media management or digital marketing experience (restaurant/hospitality a plus)
✔ Excellent communication skills & creative eye for storytelling
✔ Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
✔ Self-motivated & able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage Social Media – Oversee Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to grow our brand presence.
✅ Create Engaging Content – Capture behind-the-scenes moments, promotions, and local events.
✅ Foster Community Engagement – Respond to comments/messages and build relationships online.
✅ Promote Campaigns & Events – Drive attendance and excitement for new products, giveaways, and community initiatives.
✅ Track & Optimize Performance – Use analytics to refine strategies and maximize engagement.

Location: Work at the restaurant (Lutz, FL area).
