Job Title: Guest Services Representative
Job Overview:
The Guest Services Representative is a full-time, customer-facing role reporting directly to the Property Manager in Charge (PMIC). This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing light office duties, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a professional, friendly manner.
Office Hours:
- Non-Peak Season: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Peak Season (Memorial Day – Labor Day):
Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Prepare check-in packets for guests
- Manage new reservations and process payment transactions
- Open and close work orders as needed
- Provide customer service to vendors, homeowners, and guests
- Follow up with guests regarding upcoming reservations
- Monitor parking lot for violations and address issues promptly
- Review daily security reports, note concerns, and initiate work orders
- Check the mailroom for incoming packages and notify owners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Facilitate guest check-ins and assist with rental inquiries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- File and maintain office paperwork
- Assist with housekeeping tasks as requested
· Operate general office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, copiers, and scanners.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
