Job description:
A leading real estate firm based in Southern California is seeking a Property Manager for an East Bay, CA apartment community of less than 100 units. You will oversee a multi-family residential property owned by the company and be responsible for leasing up the property, liaising with tenants and managing the on-site team. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, proven work experience as a property manager, and ability to serve the residents of the property for an optimal living experience.

Potential Annual Salary: $49,920 - $58,240

Essential Duties:
Leasing of the property including marketing and showing vacant units and screening potential tenants
Stay up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives, including managing social media initiatives for the specific property.
Managing the on-site team including maintenance and leasing operations
Ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner
Conducts regular property inspections and takes appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appeal.
Operating the property within the budget
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years residential property management experience with working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws
Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, software/database, and social media
High school diploma or equivalent
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Candidate MUST have reliable transportation and be able to occasionally travel to other properties throughout the South/East Bay Areas as needed.
Preferences:
College Degree is a Plus
Previous experience with Entrata property management software
CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
