Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to assist and provide support to ensure business needs are being met. While having the willingness to explore new ideas and creative solutions.
Role accountabilities:
- Managing and merging multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption
- Perform detailed data analysis using SQL
- Writing complicated queries, stored procedures, functions using SSMS
- Analyze & manipulate data in Excel, and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Assist with various aspects of the data management process – which may include data input
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards using PowerBI, and setup Data Gateway for dashboards
- Ability to automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports using Python/R or Microsoft Power Platform
- Collecting, tracking and trending projection/ forecast data
- Working closely with the Project Controls Scheduling team
- Presenting data result outputs to stakeholders and management teams as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced technical skills – MS SQL, Power BI/Tableau and/or Advanced Excel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), including document editing and tracking changes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effectiveness in communicating across all levels of the organization
- Previous experience in Engineering or Construction industry is preferred
