Arcadis is seeking a Facilities Project Engineer with pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience to prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation to support project design and execution.
The candidate will coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project and operations initiatives, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate construction activities, perform site inspections, and monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Support commissioning and startup of new facilities or systems, ensuring operational readiness upon project completion.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for facility systems and equipment.
- Document and maintain project records, including design changes, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to facility operations and maintenance teams, addressing engineering-related issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and recommending enhancements to processes and procedures.
