Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Lifesciences Facility Design Experience (Preferred)
- Strong MEP Experience (Preferred)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel), Deltek, Procore, Planswift, Timberline or other estimating software platforms
