At Arcadis, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Resilience Water team in supporting our growing portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and engineering, with experience leading teams and delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and support accounts and project teams to deliver water and wastewater conveyance/treatment design & construction engineering projects.
- Techincal Expertise: Function as an account lead and project manager as part of a delivery team ensuring technical leadership and quality control is in place for diverse, multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout all phases of a project.
- Customer Engagement: Functioning as the primary interface between the client staff and the consultant team engaging with the client regularly from a position of familiarity with the consultant team's advances and actively participate in knowledge sharing, brainstorming, and work planning with client staff.
- Client Management: Manage existing and an expanding base of clients by meeting or exceeding their expectations delivering quality work and through active communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field Master's preferred.
- Professional Engineering Licensure in Massachusetts and/or in other nearby states.
- Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience in the water/wastewater field.
- Active participation in regional (local/state) and/or national professional associations.
- Mentor junior-level technical staff and travel as needed for client meetings, project site visits etc. (25%).
