Role description:
HotSpot Parking, a subsidiary of Arcadis, was formed in 2013, to provide a mobile parking application that would meet the needs of mid-sized municipalities administrators, residents, and visitors. Since then, HotSpot has successfully developed and deployed a wide suite of parking software products, including, but not limited to, Digital Permits, Mobile App, Validation, License Plate Recognition and Citation Management, across North America.

- Understands that metrics don't lie - is extremely data-driven and will develop core KPI's while working with our existing sales infrastructure and tools.
- Is a self-starter, organized, and has effective time management skills to manage deadlines, multiple opportunities, and specific customer requirements.
- Outgoing personality, with a track record of staying motivated and empowering yourself and others to promote simultaneously winning.
- This position can be worked at a remote location, or an Arcadis Office worldwide, or hybrid.
- This position is focused on US & Mexico Sales
- Hours are Monday-Friday, business hours with occasional weekend work for events.
Role accountabilities:
- Outbound sales development through cold calls, email, attending conferences, social channels, etc.
- Responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for private and public entities.
- Understand our product/service’s features, functionalities, and benefits.
- Host product demonstrations, and client facing presentations
- Manage the entirety of the sales funnel: qualifying, demonstrations, creating proposals, navigating buyers, negotiating contracts and transitioning business to Implementation.
- CRM input, tracking and analysis (currently Salesforce)
- Accountable to reach KPI’s for quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager of HotSpot Parking, and working with other senior leadership roles in HotSpot, Arcadis and its digital product solutions.
- Working closely with HotSpot’s Product & Operations team to cross and upsell various products.
- Refine and enhance the sales process to optimize the team as we adjust to changing environments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years of experience in sales manager position, or min. 5 years as a sales development representative.
- Outbound sales experience, must not be afraid to call clients
- Experience managing a $1–5M sales pipeline
- Experience selling product & services in a price range of $25,000 to $500,000
- B2G experience preferrable
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Experience using a CRM to manage and forecast sales (Salesforce is a bonus)
- Strong analytics skills to identify patterns and trends.
- Willingness to travel to attend conferences, will require passport.
- Fluent in Spanish

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 commission. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
