Role Accountabilities :
- Develop and implement environmental management plans, mitigation strategies, and biodiversity conservation programs to protect and enhance the local ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the project team, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and environmental impact assessments.
- Monitor construction activities, habitat disturbances, and biodiversity changes to assess environmental impacts and implement adaptive management measures.
- Lead field surveys, wildlife monitoring programs, and ecological research to support environmental stewardship and conservation efforts.
- Provide expertise and guidance on ecological restoration, wetlands protection, and habitat enhancement to promote ecosystem health and resilience.
- Prepare environmental reports, impact assessments, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and compliance with environmental standards.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
