Role description :
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Architect with comprehensive project delivery experience to join its Healthcare Practice Group located in San Diego.
Role accountabilities :
- Representing Arcadis, coordinating with Design Team, PM, Contractor, and Client
- Review and respond / coordinate all submittals, RFI's, change orders, amendments to construction documents, etc.
- Track schedule with contractor and client
- Mentor and direct junior staff in CA efforts
- Track TIO (testing, inspection, observation) form, amending as needed
- Coordinate with UC agency, HCAI, etc.
- Coordinate with Sr. PM for budget

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$140,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
