At Arcadis, we are seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our Resilience Water team in Fair Lawn, NJ.
Job Description
This role involves leading and directing the development of water and wastewater projects as a client-facing project manager. The successful candidate will utilize their knowledge of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pump/lift stations, and water/wastewater treatment facility engineering to successfully deliver projects and meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic business growth opportunities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of related industry experience in the water/wastewater field.
- PE License in New Jersey and/or in other nearby states (or ability to obtain NJ PE within 6 months).
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
