Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage existing and an expanding base of clients by meeting or exceeding their expectations delivering quality work and through active communication.
- Design and Construction: Lead and support accounts and project teams to deliver water and wastewater conveyance/treatment design & construction engineering projects.
- Technical Expertise: Function as an account lead and project manager as part of a delivery team ensuring technical leadership and quality control is in place for diverse, multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout all phases of a project.
- Customer Engagement: Functioning as the primary interface between the client staff and the consultant team engaging with the client regularly from a position of familiarity with the consultant team's advances and actively participate in knowledge sharing, brainstorming, and work planning with client staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field Master's preferred.
- Professional Engineering Licensure in Massachusetts and/or in other nearby states.
- Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience in the water/wastewater field.
- Active participation in regional (local/state) and/or national professional associations.
- Mentor junior-level technical staff and travel as needed for client meetings, project site visits etc. (25%).
