Purpose:
This position will support Arcamed’s Business Development team by executing and optimizing our Go-To-Market strategy. This will include data collection and analysis as well as content creation and advisement on marketing best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining data in CRM (Salesforce). This includes all account information, such as new/updated contacts, decision makers, pain points, suppliers used, marketing data, etc.
- Gather and utilize customer and market intelligence (with regular monitoring of competitors’ products, pricing, marketing strategies, and market positioning) to optimize ABM campaigns.
- Identify the best use of current content library and create additional content such as blog posts, white papers, email campaigns, social media content, etc.
- Optimize Arcamed’s online presence through regular maintenance and improvement of our website and social media pages.
- Develop tracking requests and testing of marketing campaigns to ensure accurate data is captured and used to ensure continuous improvement for all marketing campaigns
- Feed the Business Development team with strategic guidance on the type, frequency, and content of messaging.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on best use of resources and continuous evaluation of technology, best practices, and technique.
- Works with vendors for design and execution of advertising campaigns, trade shows, website updates, and more as needed.
Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 5 years of related experience preferred. Applicants without a degree will be considered with at least 7 years of related experience.

- Microsoft Office Suite
