Job Description:
We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our screen printing and embroidery operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and operating screen printing and embroidery machines
- Prepare garments and materials for production
- Inspect and package finished products for quality control
- Load and unload garments onto production equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in screen printing, embroidery, or a production environment is a plus, but not required
