What Youll Do (Essential Duties & Responsibilities) :

As the Web Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of our clients web projectsfrom initial discovery and requirements-gathering through to final launch. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, technical knowledge of web development and design, as well as the ability to manage project teams and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Web Administration & Process Development

Develop and optimize company standards, processes, and procedures for the web development department to ensure a streamlined, quality-focused workflow.

Collaborate with internal teams to document best practices and share improvements that elevate our web development services.

Client & Account Management

Act as the primary point of contact for all website design clients, maintaining proactive communication to understand business goals, gather feedback, and keep them updated on project progress.

Build strong client relationships by recommending relevant web technologies (e.g., plugins, hosting solutions, maintenance plans) to enhance performance and support long-term partnerships.

Coordinate with other departments (SEO, Paid Advertising, Content, etc.) to introduce and explain additional marketing services to clients.

Web Project Coordination

Translate client requirements into clear tasks and actionable assignments for web designers, developers, and SEO technicians.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshooting, ensuring that all websites are well-designed, functional, and primed for SEO optimization.

Production & Quality Control

Develop and refine site architecture, user flows, and design aesthetics to align with client goals and brand standards.

Ensure web projects adhere to best practices in usability, performance, and SEO before handover.

Step in to assist with hands-on tasks (such as basic design edits or SEO tasks) when necessary to meet deadlines and maintain project quality.

Account Growth & Retention

Monitor assigned account budgets and provide monthly performance reporting to clients.

Proactively identify new growth opportunities for clients and pitch additional agency services that align with their goals.

Track project time in Harvest (or similar time-tracking software) to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications :

12 months of experience managing website projects

Experience training and managing web developers / designers

Experience with WordPress / Woocommerce and Elementor design / development

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

Experience building websites for digital marketing purposes

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Experience setting up design / dev environments and launching websites

Additional Skills & Expectations :

Google certifications (Google Skillshop Certificates - Analytics, Tag Manager, etc..)

Familiarity with project management programs such as Monday.com

Design experience with Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)

Disciplined, proactive, consistent, and self- motivatedconstantly seeking knowledge and ways to innovate. This is best described as those who ask what else they can do rather than waiting to be told what's next.

Professional presentation : maintain a polished appearance and impeccable hygiene since youll often be the face of Arcane Marketing to clients and potential clients.

Willingness to achieve and maintain industry certifications (Google Analytics, Ads, and more).

Work Environment & Hours

Flexible working arrangements : on-site or remote. Our experience shows that team members who collaborate in person often benefit from richer training and support and improved earnings.

Typical working hours are 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. Major holidays and weekends off.

Desired (but not required) Qualifications / Education / Experience :

2 years in the Digital Marketing World - PPC, Social, SEO

Experience in building successful digital marketing strategies
