Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Associate Vice President of Operations (AVP) to support the Vice President of Operations in ensuring the efficient and effective management of clinics within an assigned region. This role will play a pivotal part in staffing management, strategic planning, and operational performance, while fostering positive relationships with internal teams, providers, and partner organizations.
The AVP will oversee clinic operations, support quality improvement initiatives, and work collaboratively with leadership to promote ARcare’s mission and services across the region. This position is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare management, dedicated to operational excellence, and adept at leading teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Vice President to manage and optimize clinic operations across the assigned region.
- Oversee staffing for medical secretaries and clinic providers, ensuring clinics operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinic staff, healthcare providers, and external partners, including hospitals.
- Promote ARcare’s services, ensuring community awareness and utilization.
- Address and resolve grievances and operational challenges within the clinics.
- Plan and participate in regional outreach events to engage the community.
- Supervise clinic sites, ensuring adherence to ARcare policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for new medical staff.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Monitor operational and financial performance metrics, generating reports as needed.
- Represent ARcare at corporate functions and community events.
