What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Insurance Account Manager position at ARCARE?
Our Account Managers work closely alongside Commercial Producers on new and renewal business accounts. Responsibilities include marketing accounts with a variety of carriers, updating the agency management system, processing certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, and cancellations. This role requires friendly customer service skills and an eagerness to solve problems for our clients. Qualified candidates should have 2 years of commercial insurance experience, an insurance license, and a stable job history. Must be strong with computers, have a good understanding of P&C concepts, with good time management and organizational skills.
Ideal candidate will work from our Searcy office, however, remote candidates will be considered.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Experience:
- Insurance Sales Representatives: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
