- Proficiency with computers; customer service and office experience preferred, with over 70% of the work being computer-based
Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at ARcare. We are seeking an organized, personable, and dedicated Follow Up Referral Specialist to join the ARcare team. In this role, you will be a vital member of the Referral Department, handling essential clerical tasks related to patient referrals. Your key responsibilities will include following up on scheduling appointments, collecting necessary referral information, rescheduling as needed, and answering phone calls. You will also prepare medical charts, gather third-party payment details, accurately document information, verify insurance, and obtain prior authorizations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive role, enjoy working with people, and be passionate about facilitating seamless access to care for our patients.
