Job Summary:

ARcare is currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Staff Professional (MSP) Manager to join our team and lead the credentialing and enrollment process. The Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting healthcare professionals.
In this role, you’ll ensure compliance, manage provider applications, and maintain enrollment databases. You’ll also guide a supportive, close-kit team and collaborate with leaders across the organization, all while keeping things running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, embraces the details, and can manage time effectively – even on a busy day. As a successful MSP Manager, you’ll have a knack for working with complex data, a drive to maintain high standards, and a natural ability to stay calm and focused when juggling multiple tasks.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare management, or a related field, along with experience in the industry.
