Job Title: Patient Eligibility Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience required
- Experience in healthcare or compliance roles preferred
- Knowledge of the 340B program and related regulations is a plus
Job Summary:

You will oversee the administration of the 340B discount card program, drive patient engagement, and collaborate with key stakeholders to stay aligned with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient eligibility for the 340B program.
- Promote the proper use of the 340B discount card program to maximize its impact.
- Collaborate with the Director of 340B Compliance, Medical Records, and Pharmacy Team to maintain compliance.
- Work with leadership, including the CFO and AVP of Pharmacy Optimization, to uphold program standards.
