Your Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with mortgage lenders, loan officers, and real estate professionals to drive adoption of Arcasa’s solutions.
- Educate and consult with clients on how Arcasa’s products integrate with their workflows to maximize value.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing client success.
- Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, regulations, and client pain points to position Arcasa as a trusted partner.
- 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the mortgage industry.
- Deep understanding of mortgage processes and terminology; experience with solar is a plus.
- Exceptional communicator who can simplify complex products and build trust with clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while managing multiple client relationships.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Existing relationships within the mortgage industry.
- Familiarity with solar incentives, energy efficiency programs, or sustainability initiatives.
- You live in Utah (We hang out in the Lehi area).
