What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Arcata Animal Hospital?
Our veterinary hospital is looking for an experienced Client Services Representative who loves bonding with our clients as much as our patients. We are seeking an individual with extensive client service experience who can not only master the client service representative role but also mentor and train the newer client service representatives within the practice.
Candidates should have at least one year of direct client service experience. Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, but not required. Some college education is also preferred.
Desired skills for this position include:
- Standard reception duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing client and pharmacy communications, client check-in, payment processing, and medical record maintenance.
- The ability to quickly grasp and navigate our practice management software is essential.
- Desire and enthusiasm to make the client experience the best it can be.
- Aptitude for training and mentoring other client service representatives in an encouraging manner.
- Ability to complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
- This position is a closing CSR position (shifts range from 9am to 6pm AND/OR 10 am-7 pm--must be available during these times).
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
