The U.S. Air Force (USAF) and Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) has a requirement for operations and maintenance (O&M) of complex Threat Systems, support equipment, system spare parts, special tools, test equipment, and depot level documentation under the Alaskan Range Combat Training Integrated Comm and Support (ARCTICS) contract. The JPARC is able to field and operate systems to represent realistic Threat capabilities for Red Flag Alaska exercises based at Eielson Air Force Base located near Fairbanks, Alaska, and similar events with the USAF.

Overview :
The Electronics Maintenance Technician III (Radar Tech III) plays a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting advanced threat systems, including Unmanned Mobile Threat Emitters, in support of the ARCTICS contract. Using advanced technical knowledge, the Tech III addresses complex electronic issues, supports system operational readiness, and provides technical guidance to junior technicians. This position requires independent judgment, expertise in circuit analysis, and the use of sophisticated test equipment to support training missions for the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC).
This senior-level role demands advanced technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of sophisticated threat systems. The Tech III contributes to mission success by maintaining critical systems, leading technical efforts, and mentoring team members.
