The U.S. Air Force (USAF) and Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC) has a requirement for operations and maintenance (O&M) of complex Threat Systems, support equipment, system spare parts, special tools, test equipment, and depot level documentation under the Alaskan Range Combat Training Integrated Comm and Support (ARCTICS) contract. The JPARC is able to field and operate systems to represent realistic Threat capabilities for Red Flag Alaska exercises based at Eielson Air Force Base located near Fairbanks, Alaska, and similar events with the USAF.

Overview:
The Inventory Supply Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, property, and supply chain operations in support of the Alaska Range Combat Training Integrated Communications and Support (ARCTICS) contract. This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. Air Force property and supply systems to ensure accountability and efficient operations. The position supports mission-critical logistics for the Joint Pacific Alaska Range Complex (JPARC).

The Inventory Supply Specialist ensures the effective management of property and supplies, supporting the readiness and success of critical operations on the Alaska Range. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and mission support for ARCTICS contract operations.

Responsibilities:
•Manage and maintain inventory records for all property and supplies, ensuring accuracy and accountability in compliance with U.S. Air Force and DoD regulations.
•Utilize Air Force logistics and supply systems to track, issue, and receive materials and equipment.
•Conduct regular physical inventories and audits to verify stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with government property accountability requirements.
•Monitor and maintain stock levels, reorder supplies, and manage supply chain activities to meet operational needs.
•Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
•Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of items, including hazardous materials, in accordance with Air Force and OSHA regulations.
•Support the management and tracking of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and materials.
•Prepare reports on inventory status, material usage, and supply chain performance for management and government stakeholders.
•Identify and resolve supply chain issues to minimize disruptions to mission operations.
•Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials and equipment.
•Maintain detailed records of property transfers, disposals, and excess equipment in accordance with Air Force policies.
•Train and guide staff on property and inventory management procedures as required.
•Support logistics and operational planning for range activities and deployments.
•Assist with shipping and receiving operations, ensuring compliance with transportation and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, or property management, preferably in a U.S. Air Force or DoD environment.
•Strong knowledge of U.S. Air Force supply systems, policies, and procedures, including AFI compliance.
•Familiarity with military property accountability systems, such as AFEMS, DPAS, or similar software.
•Experience in managing Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and equipment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse or outdoor environments as needed.
•Valid driver's license and ability to operate light vehicles and material-handling equipment.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Preferred Skills:
•Experience supporting ARCTICS or similar contracts.
•Knowledge of hazardous material handling and safety requirements.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government stakeholders and team members.
