ABOUT YOU
You are a highly organized administrative professional who thrives in a client-centric environment. You enjoy being part of team, contributing to positive client experiences, and generally enjoy assisting wherever your expertise is needed. Your professional demeanor elevates the client experience. You have the experience and ability to accurately and securely transfer confidential files using secure and encrypted email, as well as file sharing software including but not limited to Dropbox, SharePoint, Share File, etc . You enjoy building strong relationships with the entire project team including Forensic Engineers, Administrative staff, and members of the leadership team. You have a "can-do" attitude! You take pride in the confidence that clients and team members have in your ability to follow through on all aspects of project support. You enjoy the diversity in your daily responsibilities including front-office/reception back-up for scheduled breaks and absences as needed, secure electronic download and filing, management of outbound mail/packages, updating various CRM and project reports and databases, managing new projects, and supporting a national sales & marketing team as needed. You know you away around a computer with the ability to accurately and efficiently download and store files securely in a server-based environment. You

HOW YOU SUCCESSFULLY IMPACT CLIENTS, THE TEAM, AND THE COMPANY
Reception:
With the rest of the administrative team, contribute to the back-up rotation for front office/reception breaks and absences as needed.
Administrative:
High volume file downloads in a quick cycle turn-around environment
General Administrative Assistant Support to project teams for new and existing projects
Prepare and Distribute Inbound/Outbound Correspondence and Packages
Update Project Reports and CRM Databases
Scanning and Electronic Filing of Confidential, Legal and Project Documents
Assist office staff and business development team with special projects
Sales & Marketing:
Prepare and Distribute Inbound/Outbound Correspondence and Packages
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma, required
College degree preferred
2 years’ experience in a professional services office environment
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skillset
Able to positively impact a team-based work environment
Proficiency in file share/secure upload software
Ability to download zipped files and set up new folders on network drives
Ability to download and electronically file documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
