DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The ideal candidate will support the Fire & Security Services department by providing emergency medical and firefighting services, as well as supporting the security functions for the AM / NS Calvert site.
The Basics :
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Active / valid / current Driver's License
- Alabama Professional Standards Fire Fighter I and II certification or equivalent certificates (Ex. Interior Industrial Fire Brigade Member, Advanced Exterior Industrial Fire Brigade Member, or similar certifications) Current Nationally Registered or State of Alabama EMT-Paramedic certification
- Current Nationally Registered or State of Alabama EMT-Paramedic certification
- One year of industrial Fire Fighter experience minimum or two years of municipal Fire Fighter experience minimum
- Comfortable with tablet and interactive app use
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
