We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Accessions Information Environment (AIE) Functional Lead Program Manager. Must have experience with Accessions Information Environment (AIE). This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain Program Management Plan (PMP) which describes the processes and procedures associated with how the program will be managed and executed and ensures accurate and timely schedule and performance information throughout the life cycle of the program, to include performance measures and metrics, the reporting frequency for each, the threshold parameters that indicate potential for risk and issues. Maintain and monitor risk management process and procedures. documentation management process and procedures to be implemented.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and associated dictionary, which identifies all the program activities to the lowest level of detail necessary to deliver the AIE solution to the operational accessions community.
- Develop and maintain integrated Schedule (synchronized with program IMS) that provides a comprehensive solution roadmap to include major milestones, program reviews, incremental software builds (e.g., waves), test events, training, deployment to designated locations and sustainment activities, and any other roadmap topics and items.
- Conduct weekly In Progress Reviews (IPRs) to include TO deliverables, Ongoing Analysis, Analytical Insights and current TO glide path.
- Make recommendations as necessary for program improvements, to include data collection methods, based on interpretation of data results produced in conjunction with other program activities (e.g., surveys, inspections, and assessments).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
- Master’s degree in business administration, management or related field;
- 10 years in an advanced program management role experience;
- Demonstrated leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated working knowledge of digital marketing;
- Demonstrated working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Able to pass background check and obtain Common Access Card
PREFERRED SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Experience with TRADOC, USAREC, USACC, & HRC
- Experience managing geographically dispersed program
